The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman

5.0

I absolutely devoured “The Graveyard Book”! It was my first time traipsing into the world of Neil Gaiman, and I’m thoroughly impressed. I’ve been drifting back to middle-grade and children’s fiction recently, and this book didn’t let me down one bit. It had me crying at the end, and that in itself speaks to the story’s power; as much as I love books and their characters, I don’t usually cry over them. It’s a beautifully-written coming-of-age tale, wrapped up in the very fog and mystery of the Graveyard itself. Splashed of romance and adventure as well. Highly recommend!
