I'm currently re-reading through the Jane Yellowrock series in between these books to get the full story. I wish I had read it that way first because these books really fill out and explain a lot of the storyline from Rick's side and the crossover with Soul into both series. I just love the world Faith has created in these books. She has the best character development with so much growth and change in each of her individual characters through these stories. It makes it such a joy to read these books. I would definitely read the Jane book series through book 9 before starting the Soulwood series. Then read every other book thereafter.
