The Kind Worth Killing by Peter Swanson

I really liked the book but the ending annoyed me. This was maybe because there was so much extra stuff at the back of the book that I was taken aback by how abruptly it seemed to end. Being so convinced that there was more made for a less satisfying reading experience.

Still, this is a solid book with not a single character to root for, really. Yet I couldn't put it down. I really admire writers who can take characters who are downright despicable and still manage to deeply hook the reader.
