Una novela corta que podría ser incómoda de leer para muchos por lo explícita que es y la forma en que está escrita con sus oraciones largas inmersas en párrafos interminables. Sin embargo, si se logra adaptarse a estas dos características, encontrarás a una autora genial.
El desarrollo de la historia de Franco y Polo junto a lo que está pasando en tiempo presente sin darte un aviso en que aquí se irá para atrás en el tiempo y aquí se insertará un diálogo, acompañadas de muchas descripciones, puede parecer abrumador, pero mientras más vas leyendo, más vas acostumbrándote a su estilo narrativo.
Desde la sinopsis, se notaba que sería una historia descabellada y lo que más me sorprendió fue su forma de añadir una crítica social en relación a la pobreza, juventud, clases sociales, familias, educación y el bajo mundo, sin explícitamente resaltarlo, irónicamente.

A short novel that could be uncomfortable for many to read because of how explicit it is and the way it is written with its long sentences immersed in endless paragraphs. However, if you can adapt to these two characteristics, you will find a great author.
The development of the story of Franco and Polo along with what is happening in the present time without giving you a warning that here you will go back in time and here a dialogue will be inserted, accompanied by many descriptions, it may seem overwhelming, but while the more you read, the more you get used to its narrative style.
From the synopsis, it was clear that it would be a crazy story and what surprised me most was its way of adding social criticism in relation to poverty, youth, social classes, families, education and the underworld, without explicitly highlighting it, ironically.
