It took me awhile to finish the book because the beginning was a little slow for me that I ended up putting it off. Also at times I really felt Aysel and Roman’s sadness that the author was trying to convey that it broke my heart. I might not be depress like Aysel, but I really related to how she desperately wanted Roman to live when she was next to him at his hospital bed. After reading the ending of All The Bright Places my heart was glad that it did not end the same. There was still a spark of hope at the end of it.
