I love Corinne Michaels. If I Only Knew was no exception. It was a beautiful second chance story (and a Brit never hurts!) My only complaint would be the fact that this was billed that Milo would top Liam. Look, Milo was fine. He was caring and cheeky and good looking. But he wasn’t Liam. So few men in books can even come close to that level of perfection. Liam’s world altered. His soul altered. His very being altered.
Milo didn’t have me believing the same. Not even close. However, that didn’t mean he wasn’t great. He just wasn’t Liam and I really think it damaged Milo that he was billed that he would top Liam in our hearts.
