4.5 rounded up because i can

This one was a reread! I told myself not to put any rereads into my Goodreads but I just couldn't bring myself to crack open something new, aside from Crooked Kingdom, and I wanted to refresh my memory. Definitely understand how I burned through this thing in one night the first time I read it.

This was my first taste of the Grishaverse and I find the worldbuilding alright, very YA in terms of complexity (not very). Dialogue is snappy. I called it that the even number of protagonists would mean they'd all get paired off, but everyone's got chemistry with their respective love interests so it's fine. Matthias and Nina supremacy. The heist was a thrill. I... honestly don't have much else to say about this other than I had fun.
