They sort of lost me when they said setting boundaries is bad and co-dependence is good. Especially when they gave examples of people setting boundaries and presented that as a positive anyway. Also the last section of the book was clearly filler.
I still think the book has value because I see their description of a secure partner as healthy and aspirational.
