I'm extremely sorry Sarah but I missed Nathan and Bree sooooo much that I read this spin-off only for their sake.
I loved the kind of relationship Bree had with all the people in 'The Cheat Sheet' and that was the sole reason why I picked this book up.
It was definitely a fun read, a quick read and wow that sarcasm and quirky-ness hit home. I loved it. I loved reading about the shark boys again and how their relationship with each other is so precious.
The girl and woman power concepts are undeniably awesome in this book but I think I would have liked it to be a little more merged with the storyline that just bringing it up at random times, kinda worked but not really but amazing points for that!
The Derek-Nora storyline wasn't as intense as it was made to sound. I dunno, I just think it fell flat in a lot of places with inadequate explanations (Like her scar?)
On the whole I enjoyed the book, mainly at the end, mainly when I was reading about previous characters. This book was shadowed by 'The Cheat Sheet'
