Take Me Home Tonight by Morgan Matson

4.0

Morgan Matson never disappoints. All her books have fun adventures and likeable characters and this one was no different.
In this book we follow along the perspectives of two best friends who decide to have a "secret" girls night in NYC, but things don´t exactly go as planned.
I loved that there was a dog in the story, lol, it just makes everything so much better.
But the friendship dynamic was great to read, our characters are flawed and real annd you can´t help but root for them and just enjoy watching how they grow and overcome the problems that occur.
We also get a little bit of romance and family bonding, all the while experiencing different places around the big apple.
Definitely recommend as a summer or even light winter read.
Really enjoyed this one.
