I did finish the book quickly but there were a lot of ick parts I had to soldier through because eww child grooming. I was with it for the twists until the end. Hudson was sleeping with Eve the whole time and they never bumped into each other at school? There wasn’t even a mention of tension or getting caught in Eve’s POV? I would read more of this author’s work but the premise was not for me.
