This novel was like riding a roller coaster in the dark and there’s no lights to let you know what’s coming next.

It was a completely wild ride and I was enthralled.

The characters on the forefront are not likable characters, apart from Shelley. But in this reality it’s okay to like them, be entertained, want to know what happens to them next.

I enjoyed every single one of the Godfrey’s. It took me a while to “get” Peter but I think that was the point.

Another thing, the language in this novel can be a little off putting. And you have to adjust to the switching of POVs with absolutely no notice.
