The grand teacher/apprentice journey of the trilogy. Beautiful discussions of what power is and isn’t and what it means to use it. Arren is a great vehicle for the weight-of-responsibility, must-grow-up-too-quickly adolescent archetype. Thoughtful, passionate, difficult consequences and lessons
