4.5 stars rounded up because this genre (adventure sci-fi with a central romance) is my absolute favorite! I got a signed copy from my local BookPeople which made me so happy. I think I need to get this whole series (and the Consortium series) in paperback for my shelves, and I can start handing them off to friends to read. I adored everyone in this series. Half a star off for the romance being a bit underdeveloped since we've seen the lead up to Nilo and Lexi in the background of the other books and this book treated their romance as already established. But I still adored how this series wrapped up. Full of adventure!
