Forget Me Not by Julie Soto

4.0

This was my first book by Julie Soto, and I'm not entirely certain what I was expecting, but I was completely blown away. I adored Ama and Elliot's relationship, especially their banter. I simply wish there had been more interaction between them throughout Hazel's Wedding. I enjoyed the dual timeline in this book, and Julie staged the past timeline so that it could be read at the perfect times. I spent the whole book on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what had taken place between these two that pushed them apart, and I couldn't have been happier when they got back together. And the scene in which he didn't mute the phone, oh my goodness, it was just too cute! I really enjoyed reading about these two and this was such a well written book. I had an absolute blast reading about these two, and the book was extremely well written.

“It drives me up the wall. She’s all business, and all I can think about is how badly I want to put my mouth on her until she screams.”

I received an advance review copy from NetGalley, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
