This book was okay. I think I would have stopped at about 30% if it wasn't a book club book. 

Good points:
Realistic characters
Realistic reaction to trauma

Things that bothered me:
Detailed descriptions of rape.
About half the story is told in flashbacks.
Predictable plot.
Unnecessary details, like when she went to prison.
