This book is really brutal. Do not take the content warnings lightly. There is suicide attempts, rape, very graphic sex, and an intense look at mental health. While I understood the premise and purpose of the first two sections, I found the men's perspective on the main female character to be so disturbing that I couldn't enjoy myself. But the final section from the sister's perspective was gorgeous. I loved the reflection and reveal of her own mental health struggles as she watched her sisters health deteriorate. That section was pretty stunning and sad so it brought the book up a little in rating for me. Still, don't enter this lightly!!
