I wasn't very interested in the story of Dev and Katya but finally it was nice (it makes me think of the story of Sasha and Lucas)
But in this book the most exciting is the story of the Forgotten, the evolution of the story of other characters and especially the Council whose characters become more and more complex.
Can't wait for the next book ><
