Just read the first poetry book in 2024. I’ve begun diving into contemporary poetry last year when having sleepless nights. Some were good and some so-so.

This one is among the splendid ones. Full of healing prompts for anxiety, low self esteem, past relationships and various traumas as well as general healing journey. Definitely recommend for hearts that are processing wound stitching ❤️‍
