One of my new favorite thrillers!!!! Jumping between past and present day in the way it did was so perfect and made the story that much more suspenseful and better! -1 star because I don’t love how a certain subject manner was handled/addressed

the conversation around Josie and Walter’s relationship felt a little victim blame-y at points, while I don’t think that was intentional and was used more to point to Josie’s character I didn’t like how it was presented later in the book as Josie’s fault????

idk just my one problem with the book that was enough to take a star away. BUT OVERALL I loved it and I loved that story!
