Ugh I gotta stop reading historical non-fiction lol… it always bores me. I wish this book was more about each of the “Bad Gays” and less about the centuries and decades of historical context surrounding each supposed queer person. It felt like 75% adjacent history with 25% actual biographical stories/queerness. I just wanted way more gay! Moreeee gayyyyyyy!!!!!!
