The Seeress of Kell by David Eddings
4.0
So this one had a different narrator. Not sure why. No matter, he did just fine and didn't pronounce anything strangely.
It's always bittersweet coming to the end of a series,. Even if you've read it before. Even if it's part of one of your favourite series. You cry. You laugh. I did both.
I wish there'd been another series. While I think Garion's story is done, there could absolutely have been something for his children to do. I would have liked to find out how it goes with Eriond becoming the god of all this world, since that was apparently his purpose all along. Alas. It shall never be. All I can do is hope that perhaps one day we might get a TV series of The Belgariad and this.
4 or of 5 stars.
