Wings of Snow by Krista Street
4.0

We begin with Ilara, who is with Drachu on the islands. I'm sad she had to leave Prince Norivun behind. But things didn't happen as they were supposed to, and I want to know why.

Interestingly, this third book is a dual POV, whereas the first two were single POVs. We do get Norivun's point of view in this book. He is seething and, without a doubt, has a right to be, but damn if I don't love when he gets angry.

The Gods are brought into this story, and the Lochen Fae have a different way of life than the Solis Fae. The story gets suspenseful as Prince Norivun searches for Ilara, who is on an adventure of her own. Neither knows what will happen; instead, they live by moments and clues.

This story is a fairytale retelling of Ilara's powers. It is action-packed and adventurous. While one issue is resolved, others are still hanging. Still, at least we get a loving, happy moment between Ilara and Prince Norivun.

This book does end on a slight cliffhanger, and the fourth and final book in this series has yet to be released.

I absolutely love how far Ilara and the Prince have come. In this story, they go from separated, heartbroken, and determined. The author indeed created the perfect opposite characters to capture your heart. They may be Fae, but the natural powers are out of this world. The suspense continues as they drive to right the wrong in Solis and, of course, have their happy ever after.
