The ending actually left me a little speechless I cannot wait to read the other two books in this series!!
Many things I thoroughly enjoyed in this book:
-the worldbuilding!!!!!!
-how terrifying the guardians were
-the second pov for essun’s pov
-the plot twists?????
-the magic/power system!
No part of the backstory/lore felt like it was lacking and with the constant pov changes and events happening I had to fight the urge to put the book down. A solid 5/5 read for me!
