I loved this book. I only care about sports when I am emotionally invested in the backstory of the athletes and that’s exactly how this book was set up. Additionally Browns writing was so descriptive and engaging, I felt like I was in the boat with them. The fact that I listened to the audiobook and it was narrated by Edward Hermann (Richard Gilmore!) was icing on the cake. I finished the last 30 min on my commute to work this morning and found myself fighting back tears as I listened to the epilogue. A wonderful highly recommended read/listen.
