though it feels pretty slow, it was a great and empowering read. the way the author handles certain topics and uplifts circe in her own power is remarkable. a story of a woman establishing herself in her own right and carving her own future in a world (and family) she hates. miller has such a way with words, and this book is filled with beautiful prose and quotes. it’s captivating in so many moments.
