This is the second book of this little short two series book, and while I did love this book very much especially the time it was told in and characters.. I feel like it was almost unnecessary to have this book.
But don't make what I just said discourage you from reading this, for some reason this era that she wrote the book in makes my heart happy by the manners and love Joseph and Sophie share.
I also like how the all her books scary monsters are all a little bit different such as the Grimlock. It was almost like a supernatural folk tale and I loved it!
