God Emperor of Dune by Frank Herbert
5.0

"Leto II: Infinity. Reader: Ouch, my head just exploded.". This is a deeply philosophical book. Frank Herbert explores what is the ultimate result of a prescient, all-powerful being, one of the most deeply alien characters ever brought to life in a science fiction novel. Herbert guides you into his head and heart. The best Science Fiction takes a hypothesis and drives it to its logical conclusion, no matter how inconceivable it might be. This book is among the best, and intellectually even exceeds the original novel.
