I couldn't get into this book. I can tell that this book is not written by Patterson and is Roughan's work. This book doesn't follow Patterson's usual writing style. It starts in first person pov but then the narrator is suddenly talking directly to the reader before the book switches back to first person and it continues to switch like that. It's unnecessary and distracting. I made it to 70 pages before I decided to put this one down. Here's hoping that the next Patterson release is a better read.
