The Innocent Man by John Grisham
3.0

Little did I know going into this that it's non fiction! I've read a few Grisham novels and wrongly assumed this was another legal case file.
Turns out it's a true story! An amazing true story about a wrongful conviction of two American men who are accused of the murder of a woman in 1982. The story covers nearly two decades of injustice after injustice only to have their sentences overturned in 1999 with the onset of DNA testing! The book mainly tells the story of Ronald 'Ron' Keith Williamson of Ada, Oklahoma, he served 11 years on death row.
Just found it's also been made into a Netflix series.
It's a tough book if you don't like books about courtrooms, the legal system or lawyers. Lots of characters and processes to plough through.
A good book, not a great book
