I really enjoyed this! Very existential (obviously) and at times perhaps a bit pretentious, but overall a great message to keep enduring even though life is hard and unpredictable.
And as a side note, I love a book taking place in New England, especially in Rhode Island, which was the start of my next chapter of life as well. Similarly, I’m going to Newport for a wedding this coming weekend, so the timing of reading this somehow aligned perfectly! (I did have to laugh about all these rich assholes coming from places like Cranston and Pawtucket…rich assholes do not live in The Bucket lmfao).
