I liked this a lot! It was a bit slow at the beginning, but took up a lot of pace in its last third. I liked how the main conflict sprung from both the characters dynamics and how they chose to interact with an oppressive system. Looking forward to book 2 and 3, which I assume will be personal highlights, judging from the direction plot and characters took at the end
