I ate this up fr omg so good. LOVED the tension by two people “faking it” but not knowing the other is too and then wondering if it’s all real for them and ugh so good. 
Also the magic system seems interesting and I’m excited to learn more as we go along, but the world building foundations were engaging. 
The plot twist got heavily hinted towards at the end, so much so that I was getting annoyed at the dumb characters not figuring it out. Bc if this there was also some miscommunication that was also mildly infuriating, but other than that it was great.
