Lying to everyone does not make compelling story. It’s an interesting world with interesting character characters but come on there has to be a real plot somewhere. I gave up a little more than halfway through and so far the plot is she’s lying to her boyfriend, her boss, her surrogate father, her best friend, her other best friend, her boyfriend again, her surrogate father again.  Then there’s a slight pause where people are keeping secrets from her her father possibly her boyfriend some stranger dude that shows up then it’s right back into her lying to boyfriend best friend other best friend boss slight pause where her boyfriend discovers her juicy secret that she’s been lying and then it’s right back to lying to everyone else.
