I will admit that it took me a few chapters to get hooked, but I ended up really enjoying this book.

While I was reading, the long and seemingly run-on chapters bothered me a bit, because I’m someone who likes to stop at chapters. But the further I got, the more I thought it was fitting for our narrator who is living her life in a jumble of conscious moments.

I do not like that the idea of sleeping through an entire year sounded so appealing to me, and it made it so much realer.

This book was a difficult read, but I did thoroughly enjoy it, and would definitely recommend.
