Did not finish book. Stopped at 3%.

Slow, tedious world building. It feels like characters get introduced, and you immediately have to slog through pages of info dump and history for said character, and every new concept gets explained to death in a way that drags the story to a halt. Can't we just learn about the world as the plot moves along?
