Trust Me by Romily Bernard

4.0

This was definitely the best book in the series...I found the first book a little far fetched at times, though the ending really captured my attention and left me wanting more. The second book, I thought, was even more suspenseful and really had me excited for book #3. But Trust Me ended up being even more than I could have hoped for. Everyone's motives finally made sense to me, my questions were answered, and it was all so beautifully thought out and executed that I wish I could read even more about Wicket Tate. I'm gonna be honest and say that I almost completely despised her character in the first book. Though she experienced so much trauma, I didn't like the choices she made or the way she treated people. But I've grown to like and understand her, and what more could I ask for? Her character development was so thorough and touching, and I'm so happy that I decided to stick with this series.
