This was such a great book, that was much better than I expected from reading the blurb and the other books in the series!
I love the age-gap and arranged marriage trope so I was very excited to read this. I was happy when Sofia realized Danilo wasn't everything she had dreamed up in her mind. She has had this child crush on him for years and built him up on a pedestal so i was kinda happy to him fall a little and have to chase her a little. The sexual chemistry between the two is intoxicating and their sex-capades intoxicating.
I have only read Fragile Longing and Sweet Temptation and I know Fragile Longing does connect with some of Cora Reilly's other books as far as characters but I am debating on whether I will read them. Now that I have read this book i've seen that it is recommended to read Twisted Pride first even though Fragile Longing is a standalone.
