Si's rate of perfect five stars emphasizes my vigorous desire of recommending the book to every Filipino - reader or not. I highly recommend this to those who are sorrowful, stressed, and depressed. Appreciation of existing was conveyed excellently, it might help your situation by altering your mindsets. Also, this book might return a reader's appreciation for Philippine literature in which what exactly occurred to me few years ago.
The strengths of the book are its eloquent imagery, exquisite storytelling, and intelligent association of the real and the imaginary. The interchanging use of prose and wordplay creates a mixed feeling of delight and concern. Also, because the blend of real events and fictional flavors was splendid, the reader will forget one very important thing. Though strength, its weakness is also storytelling, making us lost as we progress.
