There are some very interesting concepts in this book. Unfortunately, most of them are relayed to us 2nd-hand & well after the fact. The ONE that the protagonist has direct involvement in is relegated to the last quarter of the story & is instigated/resolved in about 2 chapters.
These are very minor issues (the book was by no means a slg to get through) but it did make me more eager to see Bong Joon-ho's adaptation!
