Feel good read with steam.
My heart hurt for Nathan after his was a absolutely pummeled by his publisher critiquing his book.
Leading up to Christmas he retreats to a hotel to reassess his book and circumstances have him and CJ meeting. CJ is so cheerful, passionate about his photography career, free spirited and just what Nathan needs.
After an avalanche leaves them stuck at the hotel, their one night stand morphs into more.
I loved how CJ was able to bring Nathan out of the recluse life he’d be living, closed off emotions and all. Slowly Nathan opened himself up to experiencing passion and happiness with CJ and their relationship became something to fervently hold onto with a pretty much angst free HEA.
This was a really enjoyable engaging read with wonderful characters with scorching chemistry, a great balance of tender and steamy moments and left me smiling at the end.
