It’s amazing what gets popular. This book would have been the most mind blowing thing, when I was 10. It’s the poster boy of edgy for edgy sake. Gratuitous violence that will lose any significance early. The character ages are really ridiculous, I can’t suspend my disbelief for it. The characters are all not believable, interesting or enjoyable. You will just be rolling your eyes while reading it. If you can take the story seriously in any capacity i applaud your power of suspension of disbelief.
