This had some good prose and realistic depictions of depression & anxiety.
However, it was incredibly tedious!!
The repetitive nature of the plot and the way the author would describe things made this book feel 5 times longer. Which I think was to the detriment of the message it was trying to get across.
It felt more preachy and less cathartically uplifting.
