I finished this book at such a loss for words at how beautiful and painful love can be. I think this is the first friends-to-lovers I actually loved. Macy and Elliot had such a sweet beginning and his way with words with her was just so raw, honest and yet still tender. It’s unfortunate what happened but I liked seeing the way the plot turned. Though I will say I wish it didn’t take so long to figure it all out — the suspense was confusing me.

I can’t wait to read more of their work though
