second books in trilogy’s suck ass, it’s just the way it is and everyone accepts it. HOWEVER. This shit SLAPPED.
Arguably the best book in this series.
Didn’t feel like filler at all, every plot point had a purpose, every character had a purpose, every sentence felt perfectly written and placed.
my only single critic would be a little more fleshing out the water kingdom, and the fights.
(infinite starts if jude had just bitch slapped locke tho)
