The Madman's Library: The Strangest Books, Manuscripts, and Other Literary Curiosities from History by Edward Brooke-Hitching

informative relaxing slow-paced

4.0

This was good. Lots of good trivia. Sometimes too trivial, but on the whole, very interesting. There were some points that I wanted the author to dive deeper on, and others that he dove too deeply on. That's, perhaps, the pitfall with this type of book. The images of the works being discussed were both helpful and brought more interest to the topic.
