This is an excellent read with many practical examples and exercises to implement immediately. I read this book as part of a book club. It helped a lot as a group work and equally works best of you read by yourself. I will be referring to the book many times over. I highly recommend everyone to purchase a copy of this book as we all go through stress and anxiety and it’s extremely important to understand how it’s all happening and what we can do about it. Please get this book for yourself and families!
