Once in a Lifetime
by Harper Bliss
I gaped when Jodie proposed at Muriel’s wedding. Who the hell does such a self centered thing like that? Oh my god. Lol. If my friend proposed at my wedding especially without having told me first, I would be one friend short, that’s for sure.
I wish there was more of the children interacting and bonding with the adults, especially Rosie and Leigh who I didn’t see have much of a relationship, as well as their respective families who were only mentioned a few times throughout the story.
Also did I remember correctly or did Leigh not have any friends? I wish they had more friends, more of a social life, hobbies, interests (within reason)
I also wish the author wrote longer stories. They are way too short for the story that needs to be told. In any case this was a great read, beautiful prose, structure, turns of phrase, with the kinky aspects a plus
