Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451: The Authorized Adaptation by Ray Bradbury
I read the novel years ago and remember liking it, but thinking it would have made a better short story. Bradbury is one of the best short story writers I have read, but I haven't loved his longer works (I couldn't ever get into [b:Dandelion Wine|50033|Dandelion Wine (Green Town, #1)|Ray Bradbury|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1374049845l/50033._SY75_.jpg|1627774], for example).
The comic form was great for this story because it read more like a short story than a novel. It still had all the good parts, but didn't go on too long.
It was not a perfect book, but it was good, the pacing and story were good, the art was tolerable, and the ending came across just as I wanted it to.
