I didn't hate this book but I got pretty bored reading it. There were parts throughout the book I found myself wanting to quit reading the book all together. That being said there isn't anything wrong with the writing of Avery Corman as the writing is very simple. A reader can read the whole book in one setting if they skimmed or were really into the story. Something I found a little odd about the writing was that it has some pretty semi-graphic sexual stuff that I felt was kind of excessive. This book wasn't for me but it could for someone else. I find this to be a 2.5 rating for me.
